Chef description I prepare creative, wholesome dishes full of character and flavour! I like to come up with a new recipe every day using seasonal products sourced from local producers and artisans wherever possible. I offer varied, colourful menus that will delight your taste buds. From light, flavoursome vegetables to generous Provençal dishes – enjoy! If I were to define my style, I would say I like to be spontaneous and make dishes based on the market and the season. What I love at Châteauform’ is that we can talk directly with the participants.

Châteauform’ is a business that impresses its clients with the consistently high quality of the services it provides. It is this consistency that makes the difference and creates the confidence which makes me continue using Châteauform’ for our international training programmes. Châteauform’ has great locations with an excellent atmosphere. The training facilities are fantastic. The flexible Châteauform’ approach enables you to work with course members in any way you choose and gives you complete freedom to improvise. Everything can be arranged and all the staff are very committed. They really listen to you as a client and want to know what you need. Feel at home is a great concept for event organisers, it makes life so much easier! I haven’t met one course member yet who was dissatisfied. As for myself, I can justifiably say after so many years that I’m part of a great family. I totally feel at home!
