Against this country backdrop, come use our 4 plenary rooms and four breakout rooms in the outlying buildings, all equipped with the highest technology hardware. The rooms will be ready before you arrive with everything you need for your meeting, even what you may have forgotten. The delicious local Norman flavours fill the kitchen. Auge Valley chicken, fried St. Jacques walnut with lentil cream, Tatin cream tart, strawberry shortbread with local crème fraîche, Normandy cake with apples and calvados, Neufchatel, camembert, cider, and apple juice! Mmm!
