It's all good!
Of course, the chef doesn't neglect the specialities of the region! The "Grenier médocain", a typical meat dish with plenty of herbs, even found a place on the table in the Éysée Palace as the favourite dish of General de Gaulle. If you come to Suduiraut in February during the festival week of the "Boeuf gras", you will fall in love with a deliciously prepared entrecôte with fresh parsley and shallots.
