We are in Catalonia, in a 16th century farmhouse north of Barcelona, 50 minutes from Perpignan, 40 minutes from Girona and its airport, with direct flights from all over Europe, and a few minutes from the beach by bike! The restful setting, the sun softened by the sea air and the quality of the light in the Empordà - a province known for its warm evenings - will all help to strengthen team spirit among your participants.

Yann has always known that cooking was his thing: “My father’s mother had a restaurant in Orléans. She used the vegetables from her garden to cook with. She also made cakes! My maternal great-grandfather was the Rothschild family’s pastry chef in Sologne… I’ve kept several of his extraordinary cookbooks – they’re over 100 years old – as well as his favourite knife! When I was twelve, I used to make up cake recipes all by myself in my mother’s kitchen!” I look forward to seeing you in Catalonia…
