Yann’s refreshing & delicious Gazpacho

When the sun shines at El Blosque ...
  • Ingredients:
    1 kg of tomatoes
    1 cucumber
    1/2 red sweet pepper
    1 onion
    1 clove of garlic
    60 gr of bread
    10 cl of extra virgin olive oil
    Vinegar, salt, pepper to taste
    1 pinch of ground cumin
    1/2 l of water

    Cut all vegetables into pieces
    Mix the seasonings and vegetables in a bowl
    Allow to rest overnight in the fridge to bring out all
    the flavors
    Use a mixer and blend the preparation in the morning
    Use a Chinese sieve for straining the preparation and
    check seasoning
    Serve cold in a glass or in a bowl

    Tip from the Chef:
    Serve with croutons, diced onion and sliced sweet pepper… YUM, delicious!
