Insurance company the Abbatial Palace of Royaumont
  • COMPANY: an international group specialized in insurance and asset management


    PURPOSE
    A residential meeting of 4 days and 3 nights, this event gathered an international team of 17 participants.

    • Inspirational Leadership program for a team of directors
    • Uses Chateauform for over 15 years for similar programs and other meetings (trainings, strategy meetings…)


    WHAT THEY DID

    • For the meetings :
      • A plenary room set up in class room for 60 persons, with a table and three chairs in front for the speakers.
      • A plenary room with a LCD projector, 3 bar stools for the panel
      • A breakout room with 6 chairs set up in circle arc for smaller coaching session
      • A breakout room with no furniture and 2 paper board for brainstorm session
      • A breakout room set up with 8 armchairs, a bar stool for the coach and a table with sweets to reflect in comfort
      • A breakout room set up with round tables of 4 participants, six pair of scissors, three set of felts, tape, A4 paper, and a high bar chair for the coach for a creative session
    • Leisure :
      • Indoor activities: sauna, fitness centre, french billiard, baby foot, pin-ball machine, board games, karaoke, video games,…
      • Outdoor activities: tennis, badminton, table tennis, petanque, cycling, walking in the forest, kit tournaments, volley-ball, football, archery


    WHY THEY CHOSE US

    • Abbatial Palace of Royaumont: located 25 minutes away from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport.
    • The auditorium and plenary rooms are in the barns, the breakout rooms are in the stables whilst snacks and teas are served in the dairy farm to create different environments and foster creativity.
