Seminar Koordinator Assistent(in)

Chateauform’ is looking for it’s new talent…

To strengthen and support the Benedelux Nanny’s- Logistics & Organisation Team, we’re actively looking for the ideal talent who will support us in different tasks based at Schloss Krickenbeck (near Düsseldorf)

What we do:

  • Coordination, organisation & logistics of seminars and events
  • Privileged contact with the organisers from national and international companies
  • Gather all information (travel details, dietary requirements, A/V equipment, team building activities…)
  • Accompany the organisers in the different steps of the build-up of their seminars
  • Support them in the organisation
  • Help to prepare their event in the Chateau f orm’ way
  • Find new partners for the extra activities

All this defined by 2 keywords: – Anticipation : by a knowledge of the needs of the client vs. the operational barriers – Precision : detail oriented, rewording, doubtless

How we do it:

Everyday:

  • Support the Benedelux team
  • Administrative tasks
  • Help the teammates with the seminar preparation
  • Sell other desires (extra activities) & welcome gifts
  • Partner relations : finding new partnerships and activities
  • Follow-up of the seminars
  • Feedbacks

To support the team, we are looking for:

  • Dynamic
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Organised
  • Flexible
  • Autonomous but loving to work within a team
  • Fluent in German and English is a must (written and spoken), French is a plus (written and spoken)
