An easy recipe to make at home!

Chococottes

Recipe from Samuel, head chef

Serves 4 :
  • 3 eggs
  • 125gr butter
  • 125gr cane sugar
  • 200gr dark chocolate
  • 60gr flour
  • 20gr cocoa powder
  • 20gr potato flour
Preparation

Melt the chocolate and butter, cut into small pieces, in a saucepan, bain-marie style.

Mix the flour, cocoa and potato flour in a mixing bowl.

When the chocolate has melted, add the sugar, then the eggs.

Mix using a whisk.

Work in the “flour and cocoa” mixture until the ingredients are fully blended.

Grease the base of the cocottes with a generous amount of butter.

Pour the mixture into each cocotte and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Bake the cocottes for 8 minutes.
