The most important factor in the success of a meeting or seminar is the meeting room. It must be naturally lit, fully equipped and suitable for your purpose. There should also be areas for participants to make the most of those increasingly rare moments where they can talk and get to know each other in real life and not just by email. An outdoor space is essential for taking a quiet moment out and recharging your batteries. Finally, and only finally, the bedroom should be simply decorated, designed only for sleeping and waking up refreshed. And it goes without saying that you won't be disturbed by hordes of tourists.

The latest technology

We always provide the latest equipment, giving you every opportunity to make use of technology: a secure internet connection, interactive touch-screen boards that record your notes directly onto a PC, auditoriums or empty rooms, cameras, and a connection that allows several PCs at once to project documents. Naturally, this is all included in the price.

Constantly listening to your feedback in order to improve

We ask you to fill in a feedback form every time you visit, nicknamed the ‘love or loathe letter’. We run annual client focus groups to test concepts, come up with innovative ideas or identify a better way of doing things.
We have also set up a Quality Committee and a Technology Committee to allow you, our clients, to guide and inspire us.
