  • Your ingredients:

    5 carrots
    2 oranges
    1/2 lemon
    15 g ginger

    Preparation ? It’s so easy!
    Simply push all ingredients through a juicer.

    And your juice is done!

  • Here is what just one glass will bring you :

    Orange – Vitamins C, A, B6, thiamine, folate, calcium, magnesium, potassium, antioxidants.

    Lemon – Vitamin C and antioxidants.

    Ginger – Antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

    Carrot – Vitamins A and K, B6, C and E, antioxidants, folate, thiamine, niacin, potassium and manganese.
